SPR Principals Co-Chair Annual ALI Environmental Law Conference

On February 10, 11 and 15, 2022, SPR principals Daniel Riesel and Pamela Esterman will co-chair the annual ALI CLE Environmental Law Conference, co-sponsored by ALI CLE and the Environmental Law Institute. This year’s program will be held virtually. SPR attorneys have chaired this conference continuously since its inception. Daniel Riesel will also lead a panel on CERCLA litigation and regulatory developments. SPR principal Jennifer Coghlan will lead a panel on the environmental aspects of siting and permitting renewables. The program will feature advanced-level presentations on recent developments in environmental law by senior public officials, distinguished law professors, seasoned private practitioners, and experienced public interest advocates. The panel topics include:
