SPR Principals Co-Chair Annual ALI Environmental Law Conference

On February 24-26, 2021, SPR principals Daniel Riesel and Pamela Esterman will co-chair the annual ALI CLE Environmental Law Conference, co-sponsored by ALI CLE and the Environmental Law Institute. This year’s program will be held virtually. SPR attorneys have chaired this conference continuously since its inception. Daniel Riesel will also lead a panel on CERCLA litigation and regulatory developments, and Pamela Esterman will moderate a panel on the lawyer’s role in an environmental crisis. SPR principal Dan Chorost will lead a panel on developments in offshore wind and other renewables permitting. The program will feature advanced-level presentations on recent developments in environmental law by senior public officials, distinguished law professors, seasoned private practitioners, and experienced public interest advocates.
